Questions like these are pointless. There is evidence that love exists. There are studies of the brain that show what areas are activated by the feeling "love." There is no solid evidence that god exists.
Besides, by asking this, you are telling me god is just a "feeling" you have. That doesn't make him real, any more than it makes love real.

Love is an emotion, love is a feeling, but love like nothing else is the best feeling in the world. Love is given from God therefore, love will prevail forever. We can never run out of love. However, I don't think that love can be measured. There is no instrument designed to measure it ... why would we? Either we love or we love not. You cannot love a little ...

As defined by the dictionary yes. When you get a general consensus and can nail something to a specific set of reactions, then you can define that particular term. Say you never saw a frog. From other people you are going to get slightly different variations in the general description, but the basics will still be the same, i.e. webbed feet, green skin, long tongue, etc. So yes...in conjunction with a million other people's reaction, there is something called love. By the way, I love you man!

Love is a combination of caring for others and feeling warmly toward them. Basically it's a concept.
It's not an object seperate from human beings (or other animals).
If you want to know if it exists--you'll need to tell me what it means for something to exist.
I mean, in a sense 'I' don't exist because there is nothing in my body that I can seperate out and say that this is 'I'. Yet I have self-identity.
Were you really wanting to enter into a discussion about the nature of existance or was this a rhetorical question?

Love as an element does not exist. Love only exists as a concept. If you want to argue love as an element it can be broken down into physiological and psychological components. The physiological aspects can be measured and the psychological components can be tested for.
Would you really like to continue with this line of questioning?

Depending on how you define Love, yes. It's called Magnetic Resonance Imaging, or MRI, and it allows us to see any and just about all activity in a human brain. Thus, we can prove the existance of love, hate, anger, etc.

Love cannot be proven or quantified because it is a manmade idea (or concept) much like souls and gods. On its basic level love is nothing more than a set of chemical reactions in the brain, much like the fight or flight response. The 'love' response is necessary for reproduction and that is about it. We have just made it more because of our intrinsic ability to reason.

Love only exists so long as a person retains his frontal lobe (part of the brain). Once that is removed, a person no longer has any emotions.
