A good Catholic is one who is in good standing with the Church. This means that they follow and profess all of the Church's dogmas and doctrines. A good Catholic is also a devout one, who does more than just the minimum required to serve God.

A good Catholic may do a daily Rosary, read the Bible daily, or any other prayer routine such as the Divine or Little Offices or their own prayers. A good Catholic will go to Mass every Sunday and every Day of Obligation. A good Catholic goes to confession frequently, and does their best to live a life obedient to God. A good Catholic will also give some of their time or money to help those less fortunate than themselves.

Most of all, a good Catholic loves the Lord, and most especially the Lord in the Eucharist. Love of Mary and the Saints is also desirable, though not mandatory.

Someone who shares the same beliefs as you. Someone that you respect and can look to for sound advise.
