Drinking chocolate milk helps calm the stomach and eating a banana replaces lost vitamins. About an hour after that remedy I'm back to my normal self...hangover free and about to do it all again : )

If you can manage to mix in a glass of water between every drink, you will be the happiest person alive. Make sure you eat before, during and after the weekend. From there, the basics, have a gatorade in the morning (pedialite actually is great too), take excedrin migrane (i've found that to be the best) and then start drinking again. When the binging is done on sunday, do everything you can to get some excercise. Don't just lay dead on the couch, it'll get worse.

Drink lots of water WHILE you're drinking, and the next morning take some headache pills if it's really bad, with lots of WATER (the headache happens because you're dehydrated). But I don't think this will help with the brain cells being lost, which is too bad, but that's how it goes. Good luck.

Drink as much water as you can tolerate the night before, then in the morning, take 2 vitamin B12 tabs and continue to drink water. If you are nauseaous, try dry toast/crackers and tea or ginger ale with a few drops of bitters.

I recommend eating a good snack before crashing (quizno's subs work wonders!),then take a double shot of Pepto Bismol, two asprins(or more), and drink at least a litre of water. These guidelines serve me well and I intend to use them this weekend at the George Street Festival in St. John's , Newfoundland.Happy partying!

drink a lot of water throughout the weekend. Take tylenol or advil before you go to bed with a big glass of water.
Water, water, water. You get hangovers from dehydration mostly, so if you keep yourself hydrated, you should have minimal hangover.

After a night(or a couple nights) of heavy drinking I take 2 or 3 ibuprofins as soon as I feel my hang over coming on, and then I sleep for a couple of hours. If I still have a hang over when I wake up I take more meds. and drink lots of coffee and soda. Also, eating something helps too as long as it doesn't contain meat.

descend from a long line of alcoholics and you won't ever get hangovers to begin with, but for those who aren't as lucky as I am, just drink a beer when you wake up and that should kill some of the head pain and give you some water since beer is mostly water

Drink lots and lots of water immediately before bed--at least a full tall glass. Works every time for me.
