Humans have eliminated all there natural preditors and are outliving the death rate. Its better to have less people than more wars.

It could be done thru water supplies and know one would know. It's not killing its limiting. Does no one have an open mind?

do you want to be one of them or you are sterile and this is why are you asking Nazi Q or do you fill like a dog to be sterilized?
is there any connection between your Q and medicine?

Primarily because there's a lot more of 'us' than there is of 'them.' Also, because it isn't survival positive! The larger the gene pool, the likelier the survival of the species.
Try reading CJ Cherryh's 'Cyteen' or Alan Nourse's 'Eleventh Commandment'. Then ask that question again, better.
Or, here's a concept: Why don't you start by being the first one on your block? Maybe you could start a trend...?

dont make it random
just send people a coupon that they could get a big screen tv if they get sterilized.
why do you assume he isnt already sterilized? lots of people do it.
no child support payments or appearing on maury povich show "you are not the father!"
