Yup, measured it numerous times, plus of course each and every time I take a breath.
Are you claiming that belief in the existence of air is like belief in the existence of god? Not even close.

I've measured it. But if I hadn't I wouldn't simply blindly believe what I read in a book or what someone told me if it didn't sound reasonable.
The book would have to explain how it was measured it, and the technique would have to be independently verified by others, and remain independently verifiable today. If the book said "I had a revelation that air weighs 15 pounds per square inch and if you don't believe me Santa will send you to fairy world", I would write the author off as insane, even if it later turned out to be the correct number.

I took a chemistry class where we pressurized a cylinder and weighed it before and after. I work in an Air Separation Plant that makes nitrogen oxygen and argon. Yes I myself have measured it and know its there. Try filling a flask with God and seeing how much it weighs after. STOP TRYING TO PROVE GOD EXISTS BY COMPARING GOD TO AIR!!!! Seriously people I thought God was beyond comparison so comparing God to air seems moot. Also try wrapping a plastic bag around your head if you still need proof of air's existence.

Ever seen a barometer?
Thermometer?
I suppose they rely on magic and aren't really measuring what they purportedly measure.
