Most of those drinks are just marketed excuses to load up kids with sugar, carbs, and caffeine. It's like adding a Flinstone vitamin to a Mountain Dew. You get a couple vitamins, but it doesn't make the Mountain Dew any better for you.

Well yes. a age for people to start drinking those kinds of drinks is like 16 or so.

well technically yes but like my friend she plays soccer and her coach makes her drinnk energy drinks before the game so it really doesnt matter

I think so. I have heard that it is hard on a kid, since they already have so much energy to begin with. They're not really that great anyway, in my opinion.

I think they aren't good for kids as with all their vitamins and such they are reall just PACKED with sugar! Pop has a TON of sugar and these are even worse!

well its sort of bad for everyone technically...there not the healthyest drink..but its pretty much the same for everyone...it will give you low blood pressure....maybe, it just depends on the person
