Are you serious? If you are you need to provide more description. Where were you when you heard it? etc. Whitetail deer will often snort to alert other deer that they have spotted you, but it sounds more like a long drawn out nose blowing. (more of a shhhhhhhh) I have been snorted at by many deer that I never did see so you never know.
