I would say if you had to decide between McDonalds and not eating, it is best to eat at McDonalds....A Big Breakfast, but eat all of the scrambled eggs, and only nibble on the rest. It is what you eat in the entire day that counts. If you eat horridly during breakfast, make sure you get your fruits and veggies in the other meals.

It is positive to eat breakfast because it increase metabolism and wakes up the body. The advise I give all folks in regards to what to eat and not to eat is this: It all depends on how many calories you need to intake in a day. If you are on a program that allows for 2000 calories a day, eat wisely and make good choices so you are not starved at 8pm and eat a bunch of food to surpress your appetite. The law of thermodynamics is key here, energy in more than energy out: gain weight, energy in less than energy out: lose weight. If it is about being healthy, bring your food with you or cook at home and you make the better choice.
good luck

I would prefer to eat fruits or Egg white with juice, rather than choosing the junk available at McDonalds. We should eat high fibre food, proteins, carbohydrates in breakfast.
The ideal breakfast combo is Fish with french fries, salad with whole wheat bread along with fresh juice (or soya milk).

You can eat a healthy breakfast from McDonald's if you order Egg McMuffin without cheese and a coffee... better to eat there than not at all... but NO hash brown or big greasy meal.

No, i don't eat a healthy breakfast. It is either Pancakes with syrup and a glass of milk, or a bowl of Fruit Loops... I'm no longer relatively a breakfast person, there are times after I don't consume breakfast. ~Danny

McDonald's breakfast. If you don't eat breakfast, you will gain weight because breakfast starts the metabolism process.

Trick question! McDonald's has a fruit and walnut salad now, so it would be WAY better than no breakfast at all!!!

I'd have to go with none at all. McDonald's haven't served anything healthy since the day they sold their first fat laden, dog-food burger.
