Some people use Horoscopes as tools for good fortune and ultimately think they will autmatically get good fortune, sometimes it can be the exacate opposite. Some people just read them for fun.

I didn't know that people did. I think they can be interesting when they're right but that's it.
I mean c'mon my guy is the same sign as me and the other day ours said 'It's time to sit back and let your partner do the work today' umm.. really?

I think people with low self esteem use it to convince themselves that something "good" will be happening. Gives them something to look forward to.
