I had them too when I was a child. I asked my mom and she told me what the doctor had told her. The doctor said that it can be caused from high fevers (100 and up). He also informed her that once my adult teeth grew in that I would not have those marks. I hope I helped you out. I would still talk to your doctor to be on the safe side.

White marks on teeth or nails show a lack of calcium in your body. Try taking calcium or vitamin supplements. Eat green vegetables and take plenty of water.

I have those too! before i got braces i had ridges too but the doctore took care of those and i've always had mysterious discoloration on various teeth but until i went for a cleaning a few weks ago they had been fading. i think it's caused from being sick as an infant or something like that.

My dentist told me it's calcium deposits, my oldest son has some. If your child has them on his permanent teeth they'll be there for life. My dentist says it doesn't make any difference to the health of the teeth.

I'm not sure what he drinks or eats, but it may have to do with his fluoride intake...fluoride is good for the teeth, but too much (i hopes of achieving white teeth) consumption causes such markings...there is enough fluoride in your water tap to not need anymore

can be caused by meds or a decalcification. adult teeth can come in free of these marks if they are not caused by drugs
