Depending on the resources, some people can be possessed by evil spirits or good spirits. Through the process they may have external injuries. What do you believe in what's happening?

Yes people have more than one spirit in them. There are evil spirits, the spirit of man, the Spirit of God, the Spirit of Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Paul said it best when he said, Know you not that you fight against powers and principalities of the air not against flesh and blood. We all need to ask for the good and leave the evil. People does not believe Satan is real, so they don't worry. This leaves him to run unchecked through our lives to destroy.

Much has been observed and written about regarding posession or influence by spirits or demons etc. Down through the ages certain phenomena has been observed in individuals
and been assigned to this as a cause .
There is a factor in our minds that actually does account for this.
It is called the Reactive Mind. This mind operates independantly
of our Analytical Mind and awareness. It operates "reactively".
The exact mechanics of this mind is explained in the book:

specifically in Chapter 4, Book ll : " The "Demons" ", this deals with the phenomena you are asking about and explains what is actually happening.

Demons can possess a person and cause them to physically harm themselves. The only "good" spirit posession that is biblically supported is the Holy Spirit entering us when we become Christians. The Holy Spirit drives out unclean spirits--Christians cannot be possessed to my knowledge.

I believe that a person who read some tall tale about demon possession is uncritically repeating it on the internet.

they just have one spirit, but many choices, No man can serve two masters for he will either hate one and serve the other.
