That is the work of your immune system. The bacteria will be engulfed by your body defense through the process called phagocytosis. Your white blood cells has great action in this process. The lymphatic system is on the go too that is why you could sometimes feel a swelling in your lymph nodes adjacent to where the boil is.

if its still there. try when you can to put a really hot cloth on it to draw it up. i have used this method on a friend. once it was big enough i popped the top and drew the boil out slowly with heat. it hurts like hell but it came out. i have come across a boil that has not come right up then disappeared. it just goes back through yr system and yr body deals with it just the same way as it fights and gets rid of any infections

Your body absorbs it, breaks it down, and yes, eventually you do pee it out (- the blood carries it to the kidneys)...
Don't you just HATE it when a good question gets little or no answers?

It will get re-absorbed back into your bloodstream. Think of it like a blister on your heel... If it never pops, it just goes away, right? Same thing.

I think it's just absorbed back into your body. It's not like you're going to pee out a stream of pus.
