There are teen clubs but they go out of business as fast as they open one. There used to be the Florentine Gardens in Hollywood, but I'm not sure if they're 18 and over anymore.
The stinky part is, underage clubs cost more to get in because they can't sell booze.

tiger heat but its a gay club but a gazillion straight people go there too.
