This is a new industry, but "Revelation" prophecy has been around since the beginning of the Christian Church. The Catholic church at that time was obsessed with the devil and anti-Christ. Now, it seems to be the Protestant's turn. The actually end will be more insidious than as simply straight forward as these books suggest. Satan is more shred than some Baptist Preacher might give him credit for.

I wish I could answer that, but since I do not know their hearts, I cannot. I guess we just have to let God judge them, and make sure WE are doing the right thing...

both. on the upside, they have presented many to Christ, on the draw back, they have misrepresented most of the top cases i'm afraid human beings will lose faith even as they locate themselves contained in the course of the trib, no longer expertise why they weren't raptured away first. i do not imagine they did it on purpose, they purely don't realize end cases o.k.. They made a pre-trib rapture, which isn't biblical, they made all christians get the mark of God of the foreheads, which contained in the bible is purely the 100 and forty four,000, all organic Jews, (organic meaning virgins, all undefiled by women human beings), 12,000 each and every from the 12 tribes, and many different inconsistencies made to look like the trib will be hugely diverse than it is going to likely be. How are all those those who offered into each and every thing in those books, gonna experience even as the trib is in severe equipment, and they are nevertheless right here? I purely pray they don't lose faith even as they understand they did not get raptured away beforehand the horrors commence.

Well, lets think about it - isnt the Catholic Church in the busines to make money and consolidate power? Then why wouldnt ANYONE ELSE involved in any religious "work" be there for the money and power???
The Vatican is the richest single state on the face of the earth. They have consolidated so much wealth and power it is amazing. Yet, they still require their faithful to give to them - they steal from their poor members, and use the money to pay off settlements for child abusing priests, decons and bishops, purchase fine clothing and pay for nice vehicles. And then they call for everyone else to donate to world causes... HYPOCRITES!

My guess is both. I am guessing when I say I am sure it starts off with a thought that would help folks understand revelations, and then they see how much they are making and then they see they can make more. See it started with a book, and now movies of it, and then all the items they sale as well.

Left Behind theories are totally un-biblical, and takes the bible verses completely out of context to satisfy the belief.
Yes, they are making the books to make money, and are deceiving many as a result of it. God will judge them harshly for twisting his word.
