i agree with the writers. he might cheat on you. i am sure he always has excuses ! . and he is always with his boyfriends !. how innocent.. he should gain your confidence at first, you shouldnt give it easily.
if a man is in love with a woman, in my opinion, he became happy when his lover call him. if he had a real excuse, i think he would call you back and explain why he couldnt answer your call. it is very easy. spending 2-3 minute to hear your voice. it isnt that difficult. this must be a pleasure if you are in love. dont you deserve 2-3 minutes in a day ?
i am sorry but i cant feel that he really cares of you. probably you like him so much or attached so it is difficult to leave right now. i know i know.. it is always painfull.. :( but you should open your eyes. if hearing your voice is a torture for a man, how can you expect honesty, confidence and love from him ? i think it is time to face with the realities. maybe you can talk this situation with him face to face, but if he doesnt change his behaviour, you should continue to your way without him. hope everything wil be better for you soon.

How many times do you call a day, and how many times do you get ignored? The other question is, "Why" do you call? My girlfriend will call me 3 times a day, usually 2 of them to talk about nothing in particular. That's fine once in a while, but after a year, getting the extra few calls a day because SHE is bored gets pretty annoying.

sometimes people just don't feel like talking all of the time. but when you do talk to them then you will figure out if they are being mean or lying and so on

1) Busy
2) Wanting to make u want him more
3) He wants to end it w/ u but he doesn't know how
4) Or, he left his cell phone at home or in the car.

Just wait and see what happens. Men (as one myself) are dumb, they just show you that they are cheating.
If you don't wish to deal with it, just dump them.
