If you do not have big belly, 4 weeks is more then ample time.

Look up Abs exercises and stick with it every day for 30 minutes to hour, for 4 weeks.

You will not get rid of thin layer of fat but at the folds fat will melt away or shift, reviling six packs, 4 week is just the amount of time needed to see some changes in the physic in that area.

Please do not give up the routine after 4 weeks. It is not good for your health to give up Vigorous exercises all of a sudden.

Good luck!

You need to get rid of any fat before getting abs. i suggest a diet, a lot of cardio and daily crunches, I am not sure 4 weeks will be enough.

easy. lose the fat that's covering the abs. also do a lot of crunches.

you'll need to lower your percentage of body fat. in four weeks, you're looking about maybe 8-10lbs to be safe. hopefully that "thin" layer of fat is "thin" enough.
