They seem to know so much about judgment and so little about love don't they. Makes you wonder how they can spend all that time reading the bible and miss the parts about love.

Just try to remember that many people do love you. Many that you have never met. Some of them did notice the things that Jesus said about love. Guess we all need to hope and pray that some of these people start to notice that their are other things besides judgment in the bible.

Love and blessings

Faith is a Gift, We all have our measure, and it only grows by being Used. There are times when we can be down so low, we need others Christians to stand in the gap for us, Your Preacher like so many forgets that is the Job of Christians, Faith comes by hearing the Word, The Pastors words should lift you up in faith, if not find another Teacher. And Stay the course God is with you. do not doubt his word, and continue to study on your own.

Sorry to hear that You are going through this. Not all Churches and Preachers are this way. If Someone is trying to hammer faith into You, then please find another Church. Yes good Christians should give You Godly love, and offer You comfort. I take it You believe in God, by what You have written. Faith is believing in that which We have not seen, but believe. Talk to God and ask Him to direct You to a Godly Church, where You can learn His word, and gain the tools to worship Him in the right manner. God is our Father. He is the Creator of all things. He loves You very much, and He is with You now, and always, turn to Him. And remember when You are having difficulty, that is when He is carrying You.

Best Wishes and God Bless

Place your faith in yourself. Believe in you and your ability to get the support you need from those around you. Don't go looking to a preacher for that support because you'll get exactly what he's telling you (have faith in Jesus or God (if there is one). I am telling you that faith in the self will get you over the hump more times than not. I am also telling you that if you're having difficulties gaining the strength and support you need than ASK those around you for it in a loving way and you'll find your way through. PEACE!

Faith comes through reading the Word, understanding, prayer and supplication. We all need love. This is Jesus commandment. Faith is a daily walk with the Lord. Each problem or obstacle that is overcome is one more step in the direction of faith. When we come to the point we say I don't know the answer, I can't see a way through, Lord you show me the way, then we have taken a step in faith. A lot of times, not condemning anyone, pasotors don't know, they are searching for the same steps. I have found through my life the comfort that is best given is through the Words of Jesus. I will pray oh Lord show me how, show me through Your Word. I will open the Bible and start to read. The answer is right there. We have to have eyes to see and ears to hear what the Spirit is saying. We should all pray for wisdom and knowledge. Wisdom to know the mind of God and knowledge to know when it is Him speaking. This is another step of faith. We have to put our trust in Jesus that all will be solved, sometimes in His time but as our faith grows it becomes more in our time. A litle story for you about me personally, I asked the Lord what I should do for Him since He did His best for me. I got a groin pull in my right leg, well that was OK because I could continue on with that right. I limped along doing exactly as I wanted and continued to ask the Lord what He would want me to do for Him. I got a groin pull in my left leg also. It became so painful for me to walk that I didn't know what to do. I sat down at the computer and started playing various games, but I couldn't help but notice Yahoo answers. More out of curosity than anything I popped it open. I went down through the list of items til I came to a particular set of things. Society and Culture. I studied Social Behaviour Sciences in college and thought OK that one looks interesting. I popped it open and below was religion and spiritualality. I am a Christian so I popped that one open. Questions that I had as a beginning Christian was coming up everywhere. Things that I had witnessed in my life was coming up. I started answering questions, those that I couldn't answer due to my own sefishness or lack of knowledge of I would pray about. Always the answer would come. My legs are both getting better. I am able to walk with a lot less pain. They are getting stronger diaily. I am doing what I asked the Lord, what should I do. Til then I will answer. When it is enough then I will answer no more questions. That is faith.

The Bible says "Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but God delivers them from them all"

No amount of faith will keep out the drama. However, faith can help you overcome them and be strengthened from it.

Paul, David and even Jesus went through heavy crisises, I dont think ANYONE living today has the kind of faith they had. Their hearts broke, bodies broke, their spirits suffered. They overcame, and so will you.... just dont let anyone tell you faith would have prevented it or brings a quick easy resolution.

The problems of life are actually easier to face without any faith. If you have faith, then it causes you to wonder why you are being forced to go through whatever it is. If you don't, you take it as "sh*t happens".

Well remember that GOD said: Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28

I went to a retreat 3 weeks ago and the name was " When Life gives you Lemons, Make Lemonade!

We have problems, we feel alone. He will never give more than you can support. Maybe he wants you to believe in HIM to let you know that HE loves you and that HE is in there for you all the time

your life is like that because you don't have enough happiness and may not have achieved adequate levels of education. Of course, those two things are inseparable.

If you are relatively young, there is still much hope. Throw your television in the garbage and get a library card.

Then read, read, read.

If you are too old, but have kids.... get them reading RIGHT NOW! and they will have a much greater chance of success and happiness.
