I have BP 2, and I was watching Sin City last night, and there was a part where one of the characters stopped and second guessed their sanity. Basically they said they have a 'condition' and sometimes they get 'confused'. I felt as if I could have said that myself, it really hit home. Does anyone else do this? Copmletely step back and second guess your sanity?
What do you do when you find yourself in this situation?

in this society of mislead morals and propagandas of how to be and look and act,,it is hard to know if one is sane for doing things that are maybe out of the norm,,when you do step back,,really what youre doing is in a sense meditating,,you unlatch from the world and then think on a different realm,,this can be good but be careful to not let your mind wander off to the deep deeep end of the pool,,,etleast not if you cant swim.

Nowadays, I just check my blood sugar level, and if low, go find the right things to eat.

A lot of my confusion, and questioning of my sanity, was due to my being hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) and not knowing it.

If you want some basic information on low blood sugar and how it can cause "confusion", look at www.hufa.org.
