Out of all the fighters who ever competed in UFC one time or another, my top five is:

Bas Rutten
Randy Cotoure
Matt Hughes
Pat Miletich
Rich Franklin

Chuck Liddell is awesome, and my favorite fighter is Forrest Griffin.

GSP is pretty good. Ken Shamrock in his prime was the best, but he's getting really old. Tito Ortiz, I don't like him. He's a better trainer than a fighter.

The returns to the UFC by BJ Penn, Jens Pulver, and Hermes Franca will make the UFC more exciting.

There are alot of other great fighters like Guy Mezger, Tank Abbott, Wanderlai Silva, Vitor Belfort, Dan Henderson, Royce Gracie and others who went to PRIDE and some got far, and some really sucked.

The best fighter in the UFC no weight divisions
1. Tim Sylvia is 60lbs heavier and 6 inches taller than chuck
2. Andre Arlovski is like the same as Chuck just much bigger and a more well rounded fighter instead of strike only.
3. Chuck Liddell i cant see him beat tim or andre but he would beat any other heavy weight or light heavy weight.
4. Tito Ortiz cant beat above but can beat everyone else.
5. Jeff monson i think these 4 can beat him no one else tho.

If u think rich franklin the 1st four can outstrike him, Jeff monson out weighs him so much, it would be easy to take him down and win.
If u think matt hughes then your crazy because all 5 will outstrike him. And matt probably only could wrestle with chuck but that wouldnt happen.
Forrest Griffen lost to Tito when tito was injured, jeff would beat because of huge weight difference and much better than 3yrs ago check jeff's win record.
vitor is very good but not as good as tito, last fight vitor was in he lost against tito in ufc. jeff would win same reason
If Wanderlei joins i think his style would beat Andre's but i still dont know if he can beat chuck.
Best fighter in the world would be Fedor Emelianenko, no doubt he would beat anyone.

No way to discuss GSP or BJ, great fighters dont get me wrong but they would get waisted.

I have won all of my bets in ufc so far, so i suggest you take what i said into reason, (4 bets) but still.

Hope this shows why there are weight divisions.

Oh and Tank, ive seen 3 of his fights, if it were all out brawls he would have no doubt a winning record. I would say 14-6 or 15-5 instead of 9-11 win record. Percentage it would be 72.5%

3)Rich Franklin
4)Evan Tanner
5)St. Pierre

As for Tank i think you are talking about Tough Man Competitions or Pit Fighting witch he did compete and do very well in they were 3 1 minuet rounds and no ground fighting. I have just watched a documentary on Tank and it was great his MMA record is not very impressive with 9 wins and 11 losses but if he fought in the kind of matches that Eric Esch (BUTTER-BEAN) fights in he would do very well. The rule is if the fight goes to the ground the ref will stand them up after 15sec. Tank VS BUTTER-BEAN would be a great fight.

Tank is awsome and i love all of his fights exept his fights against Scott Ferrozzo UFC 11 and Dan THE BEAST Severn at the Ultimate Ultimate 95.
