I would tell her that good looks are fleeting, and would ask her, "When she dies, and stands before God, and he asks why He should let her into his heaven, what will she say? The sad truth is, he won't care about how hot she was, but only if she believed in His Son, Jesus Christ. Aside from that, she will spend eternity in Hell. I'd spend the next 59 minutes telling who Jesus was, that he died for her sins, and that she could be forgiven for all her sins, if she would only turn to him.
How about you? What would you say to God? Most people want to wait until the 11th hour to make that decision. Too bad many of them don't live that long and now are paying the price for eternity...

Have her lie down in a shaded area, apply cold compresses to her forehead, start an IV to administer fluids, and have someone call an ambulance. If there is still time left, visit her in the ER.
