Is there a soy sauce that is healthy. By healthy I mean not loaded with tons of sodium. I know there are some that are less sodium, but they still have like 550 mgs of sodium per serving as opposed to the others that are 900mgs.

I think kikkoman low salt is good. I don't exactly know how much sodium it has in it. Most soy sauces are full of salt.

This stuff is pretty darn close to soy sauce. It's got a slightly different flavor, but check out the information on it. I use it on rice and it certainly adds flavor.
