As soon as I get into bed, my legs become hot and tingly and I can't fall asleep. I keep tossing and turning. My legs feel like they're on fire even though the air from my AC falls directly on my legs. Is this restless leg syndrome?

Thanks

It might be, but the symptoms you describe are very general too. Try eating a nutritionally balanced diet and see if that helps. Also, you might want a doctor to take a look at your spine: Sometimes pinched nerves in the back can cause pain in your legs too.

If it is restless leg syndrome- well, I have to deal with that. Milk thistle capsules seem to help. I got them at a local nutrition store.

Good luck!

no from my experience restless leg syndrom is when your legs have wierd sensations in them that cause you to want to stretch them alot but it doesn't help any.......usually keeps you from sleeping. sounds like you might be allergic to the material of you sheets or blankets i would check with a doctor

Yep. It could be a variation of RLS. It is a real problem and they have medicine for it. See your Physician.
