I have been through two extended periods of chemo (10 months each).
The fatigue will improve over time, but for now, just be very nice to yourself. (Easy to say, I know, I had a 1 year old when I was in chemo).
What I am suggesting is ASK FOR HELP. Get someone else to take some of the load off of you day.
SIMPLIFY your life. Look for ways to ease off your regular schedule. Delete unnecessary activities.
EAT more frequent small meals (refueling every few hours helps). Stick to the healthiest foods possible.
DRINK lots of liquids (especially water) after treatments to flush your system.

GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS.

I was induced with my daughter at 38 weeks, due to complications. I was induced with Pitocin as well. I had natural birth too. No drugs. It hurt really bad, but I would do it again. The only thing that really sucked, as the Pitocin is designed to speed up your later and help bring on contractions. Often times, I wouldn't get a break in between. - I pushed for 45 minutes. - My epidural didnt take, so I had natural child birth. I was in labor for 14 hours. - I was fine, until they broke my water. The actual breaking of the bag is just slightly uncomfortable, but it hurts more, because you no longer have that "cushion." - My epidural didnt take. (Dont worry, its very rare that it happens) It hurt like crap, but I got the urge to push and it felt better to push, than just lay there. It just really really hurt when she started to crown. - Labor and delivery will be exhausting no matter what. I was fine and up walking after an hour though. You will be fine. Good luck sweetie!!

Unfortunately it goes with the territory, check with your doctor. If you may need iron supplements and or something on the line of Neupagin if you aren't already getting them.

I was getting chemo every other week with Neupagin injections almost every day to build up the white blood count and iron shots as needed. I was still too pooped to do much of anything beside lay on the couch and watch TV.

The important thing to realize is that you need to let others do as much as possible so you can take care of yourself. The exhaustion is temporary.

Ask the hospital nutritionist. Do not ask random people on the internet! There are many different types of Chemotherapy and any post-chemo diet should be tailored precisely.

Depending on the type of cancer, you may be a candidate for Erythropoeitin also called EPO or Epogen. This helps your body produce more red blood cells and fight off anemia. Some blood type cancers should not be treated with EPO tho.

An alternative remedy that a lot of people have found helpful is a mineral mixture called "Beres Drops".
Google it for your nearest stockist.
God bless you.
