I had a very round and plump backside! Now that I have begun to lose weight it is dissapearing and sagging! What exercises will help firm or tone my buttocks,and what would help bulk it up again?

Besides squats and lunges, it's best if you can squeeze your butts together whenever you sit. It helps.

I think the exercise is called "donkey kicks". It's good for toning that area. Basically you get on your hands and knees and stretch one leg out and then bring it to your chest and then out again. And you do each leg at least 20 times.

Squeezing the cheeks together, pretending you are holding a coin there. Squeeze for 20 seconds, relax and do it again, repeat atleast 10 times, more if you can. Do this daily.

Run up and down real flights of stairs. IF you lost a sigificant amount of weight you might need corrective surgery to remove excess skin.

well, get a chair and pretend that you are about to sit and when you get real close to the chair stand up and do this very slow and do many
also stand in the middle of the floor and kick your legs out side to side like u are dancing this should burn like hell

Stairs. I have a friend that walks up stairs only on the balls of her feet, never putting her heels down on the steps... it works!
