Will FR. Robinson, the priest convicted of killing the nun in Ohio recently, be defrocked? He should be.?

What is the Vatican's policy on priests convicted of horrible crimes such as murder. As a Catholic, I would sleep better knowing that such a person is not wearing the clerical collar.

He should be excommunicated and sentenced to death, if they have the death penalty in Ohio. For crying out loud, he CRUCIFIED the poor nun! That's the most horrible thing that could ever happen to a person.
