You're right where you need to be, and at 14 you won't have to worry about working too hard to stay there. Just remember this, its not how you look, but who you are - thats what the world is gonna see. Learn and live this early in life and you'll find you don't worry as much.

you could gain a few pounds, but you don't' need to. you are the average height and weight for a 12 year old, but because you are older, weighing a little more is normal.

Don't lose anymore weight, you are already just on the verge of being underweight. If you are happy, then stay as you are, but if you want to gain 5-10lb, that's fine too.

Wow, believe me. You DO NOT need to lose weight. If toning your body is what you want, do pilates. Try to MAINTAIN your weight, not losing some more. Eat healthy and exercise daily.
