My boyfriend is in the military station in Kosovo. I guess they don't make non-toxic finger paint over there... He was finger painting with a little girl in an orphanage and now he has purple stains on his face, hands and arms lol... Any ideas on how to get it off?

Try some bleach...or...go to an art supply store and buy special hand soap for artists. Its specially formulated to remove paint and stains from skin. I'm a painter and I use this soap that is excellent..."The Masters" Hand Soap...original B& J. The label says is comes from a place called G.P.C. Inc., Box 5311, Redwood City, CA

If it's oil, turpentine or mineral spirits. Other than that, time is the only thing that will get rid of it as the skin grows and replaces itself, those layers where the actual stain is will be gone in a few weeks. Not much else to do.

I've used a few things to get stains off my skin... GooGone and lemon juice or vinegar. Depending on the type of paint, any of these things may work. Remember vinegar works on everything!

Fast Orange hand cleaner or GoJo may help. If he can't find any, have him go see the mechanics or other "grease monkey" type guys. They may have some.
