No - Prayers are never answered - didnt you read the CNN article that proved beyond all doubt that prayer doesnt work?? Those prayed for actually had a higher incident rate of complications from surgery than those who were not prayed for....I wonder how Christians explained THAT ONE....
However, if you want someone stoned in public, Id be happy to do so. Ill be hitting my bong on the corner of 10th and Howard at 12noon today....

Well, it sounds as if you are quoting the consequences or penalties under the Books of Law in the Old Testament or the Torah. Are you without sin?
When Jesus Christ came, he showed us another route. For those who accepted him, believed in him, and confessed that he was the Messiah, we were given the gift of salvation, and we were under Grace, and not the law.
Jesus taught the San Hedren and the Priests in the Temple that his life and death and resurrection would bring down the temple and rebuild it in 3 days. He was there it reform the laws and to offer His Father's grace. The "let he who is without sin, cast the first stone" incident is one of the most well-known lessons of the Bible.
A woman, who had been caught in the act of adultery was brought to Jesus Christ by the scribes (see Lawyers) and Pharisees (see Who Were The Pharisees?) as a test to see if the Messiah was a liberal in matters of the Law of God.
In response to their deceitful query, He didn't condemn the woman, not because He was a liberal, not because He condoned her sin, but because the men who brought the woman to Him were Hypocrites.
He was the only person there that day who was free of sin, the only one who had the right to "cast the first stone." He didn't stone her (or her accusers), but instead forgave her and told her to "sin no more.
"Otherwise, the day is coming when she, if she didn't thereafter repent, won't be stoned, but will be burned - along with the hypocrites who brought her to Him that day, if they didn't thereafter repent of their sin:
"Blessed are they that do His Commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie." (Revelation 22:14-15 KJV)

You don't pray for God to have someone stoned you pray for God to forgive them, bless them, and keep them from sin. God will answer your prayer by guiding it in the right direction and guiding your heart from such thoughts. Just because God answers prayers doesn't mean its going to be the answer you were looking for. Just like I just answered your question and you might not like what I have to best. But, God's answer is always the best answer. God always gets 10 points from me plus a bonus. Thanks God for answering all my prayers honesty cuz I know I've asked a lot of wrong things.

How did God deal with those who would stone a woman who obviously deserved according to the Law of Moses?
He made the people who wanted to stone her examine their own character by setting a pre-conditional allowance. "You who are without sin, cast the first stone." While Jesus wrote in the dirt, they dropped their stones one by one and left in shame.
He then asked the woman, "Where are your accusers?" He then told her to go and sin no more. He first dealt with the condemning judges whose motives were less than legitimate, then he dealt with the accused, with admonishment.
I think God's will is not to destroy the sinners, but to turn them into believers, followers, faithful, law abiding. The laws are there for the benefit of society, but individuals seek to pervert the law into a club to use against society.
The adulteress woman had been setup for the very purpose of testing Jesus. Where was the man who had sinned with her? It was said that she was caught in the very act of adultery. We speculate that Jesus wrote the sins of each accuser in the dirt and as he did so they dropped their stones, from the oldest to the youngest.

A woman was caught in the act of adultery. At that time in history the cure for adultery was stoning. Her accusers had stones in their hands ready to hurl them. Jesus stepped into the scene. He bent down and wrote something in the sand and then said: He that is without sin let them cast the first stone. Her accusers dropped their stones and left the area. Jesus asked her where are your accusers. She said there are none. He said Neither do I accuse you, go sin no more. You are asking for the very thing they was going to do. If you are without sin, hurl the first stone.

Of course he will answer your prayers.
The answer is no.
You're stuck in the Mosaic Law.
The New Testament laws circumvented that law with higher ones. Stoning is no longer valid.
Even the Jewish community, which follows the Mosaic Law, doesn't stone people.

No. God never punishes any body, whatsoever. HIS sentiments are never hurt. For God find no difference between this man and that man, religion or no-religion, He does not recognise blasphemy, HE does not separate human being from other creatures. What ever happens on earth only man makes it good or bad according to his own thoughts or preferences.
God would want no one to be stoned, certainly not for His sake.
As they say only God knows his 'Lila' (His acts of commission and ommission)

Yes he might stone you for such a prayer but he may also look at why you want this to happen. He might find another way to help you with your problem. God Bless.

Are you asking according to God's will? Doesn't sound like it. What did Jesus do when the jews wanted to stone the harlet? He wrote their sins in the dust and said whoever is without sin let him cast the first stone.

What a lovely question. You could convert to Islam and ask for the same in Afghanistan - if they were breaking Sharia Law that required that punishment.
