I need valid sources regarding pay, work, and educational equity. Where men/women, adults/chilren, and others do not get fair pay, work and education.

I don't have an exact for you but have you looked at the Dept. of Labor web site. Don't forget their links.

Also you might check out some feminist web sites and a Child Advocacy site or two.

Be careful and take only data they have references for. These folks are passionate about their causes and tend to stress one side over the other or do some mild exaggerating. It is a natural to want your side of the argument to win but it will taint your data none the less...
