Mentioning To go out?

My friend just told a girl that we would be at a a bar cafe since she likes that one and she said ill keep it in mind. This is for wed night. I think she will not show up. What are the odds that she will show up?

If your friend wants to ask the girl out, he should just do that...
As it is, she may feel tired, or just not up to it, or may just be disappointed that she was not asked out...
