thank you!

I'd talk to your doctor about a different anti-depressant if this bothers you so much.
Appetite suppressants as a whole don't work, and can be very dangerous. A couple, such as hoodia, are supposed to work, but it's hard to find pure hoodia in diet pills. And some can have reactions with anti-depressants.
I personally recommend drinking more water.

Some antidepressants can cause weight gain while other antidepressants are weight neutral meaning no weight gain or loss. I'd definately check with your doctor before you took any over the counter appetite suppressants. Certain medicines don't mix and can be fatal.

appetite is a side effet of antidepressants unfortunately however for most people who are depressed eating is a problem for them.. Iwould ask my dr to see if appetite supressors would interfere with my meds...Maybe you could try some other activity when you find your self eating while not hungry...Knitting crosswords..

My mother had problems with prozac and weight gain. The best thing you can do is to walk or exercise and continue taking the antidepressant.

Some people lose weight when they are depressed and when they feel better they eat more. You should probably talk to your doctor about adjusting your dose or switching medication.

Not eating makes you sad. So be happy and eat.
