Well, he is not your boyfriend and she is not your best friend. If they were, they would not be having sex upstairs while you're downstairs. Sorry, but time to look into your relationship with both people- Do you want these type of people in your life? Do you want to always ask yourself if there is more going on than what is said? Do you want this type of relationship? If the answer to any of these questions is No, then march yourself right up those stairs and tell them both a piece of your mind.

Think this is the "first" time? You're definitely going to have a "trust" issue if you fall for the I'm sorry sh**! It's over! No boyfriend , no best friend! Congratulate them and wish them a "good" life!{ together!} Think they'll trust each other!?? He'll worry about his guy friends and she'll worry about her girlfriends! Once a cheat always a cheat! Time to change friends all around!
Are you at your place? If not, then leave right now.
If you are at your place, then. . .wait until they are finished and come back down to the lower level (watch TV or listen to music so that you don't hear them).
Then ask them to leave. . .do not give a reason. . .and if they ask for one or refuse to leave. . .remind them that this is your place and that you want them to respect your wishes!
Then. . .once they are gone. . .you should compose brief letters for each one of them. . .put an end to these friendships. . .mail the letters. . .then don't look back!
After doing this. . .pat yourself on the back. . .and start over in the friendship category. . .and NEVER bad mouth them to other mutual friends (what happened was between the three of you and no one else. . .you made a mistake in choosing your friends. . .they made a mistake in dishonoring you while all three of you were friends!).
Finally. . .build your new friendships on "higher ground" (more like rock than sand).

seriously. Gosh. All I gotta say is. Your friend is a slut. and your boyfriend is a cheater. They are perfect for each other. Dont let it get you down. now you know your boyfriend is no good. Brake up with him. . . . You dont need a boyfriend that does that and with your best friend.!? No!! Well Shes not really your best friend is she, going around and sleeping with your boyfriend. You need to get over your loser boyfriend. and get a new friend.

Why are you still downstairs? Go up stairs and let them know you know what they are up to. And then drop her as your best friend and him as a boyfriend. Because she is not really your best friend and does not deserve the name of best friend. Good luck. Don't get even just leave them alone.

First of all, why are you just sitting here? Your boyfriend is an ******** and your friend is a whore. Face the facts. But what should you do? You should break up with your a.sshole of a boyfriend and don't go for the whole, " I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you" crap. Leave his sorry a.ss ! And as for your friend?
