depends on what the situation is... if they say "oh that movie was TIGHT" it was awesome. or "my pants are too TIGHT lol" meaning they're tight
and for SICK
"i am sick" is sick
"that roller coaster was sick" meaning it was cool/awesome or w/e
"your whack" meaing ur CRAZY
"thats wack dude" meaning thats TIGHT or awesome or w/e

I will try. Whack generally means to hit. Sick is used sometimes to appreciate someone who has used clever, but morbid humor. Slang is street version of a language. Tight generally means cozy and friendly.
Now, each generation assigns a different meaning to the same word, so the X and Y-gens who are naturally born weird, may use these words differently. Generally when they use slang, it is because they are illiterate.
