YES!!!!! I was the exact same height and weight when I was your age and my stupid home ec teacher decided to tell everyone what they should weigh one day in class. She weighed and measured all of us (emabarrassing!!) and told me I should weigh 114 pounds based on my age and height. I found out later, NOT TRUE! Height and age cannot determine what a healthy weight should be, as there are other factors like bone mass, muscle density etc. If you feel healthy and comfortable with yourself don't listen to what anyone says. To this day (I am in my late 20s now) I still think I should weigh 114 pounds even though that's impossible=P It seriously messed me up! I felt fat b/c of that, but now when I look back I realise that I was just a normal healthy size.

yes a girl around 14 years of age sould actually be around 130-150. That is the average weight. You are at a VERY healthy weight right now.

Yes, you are at a perfect weight!
Here is a general guideline for how much you should weigh at a certain height (plus or minus 10 pounds)
At 5'0" you should weigh 100 pounds.
Every inch after that, just add 5 pounds. So:
5'1" 105 pounds
5'2" 110 pounds
5'8" 140 pounds
Etc, etc, etc...

Your weight is fine--just make sure you are eating healthy food and getting 30 minutes a day of exercise. That's how to stay healthy and fit. Nothing magical. Ask your mom to buy you some vitamins, if you want to be certain you are getting the nutrients you need, and eat a balanced diet.

It depends for you. I'd say that you are. check these bmi calculators. The 1st is for children, and the second is for women(encase you're more mature). They will tell you what percentile you are in. The only way to really figure out is your doctor. Your doctor can tell you because you mayhave more muscle than others or something like that. Muscle weighs more than fat.

You are just fine the way you are. But if you want to tone your body, do some light pilates. Eat healthy and exercise daily to MAINTAIN your weight.

yes, you are. and 14-year-old girls are NOT necessarily underweight if they're under 130 by any means. it all depends on your height, metabolism, etc.
for example, i'm 5'2" and 107, and i'm just fine...
