Just for one day, I wander what would happen if we had a Happiness Day, and we were kind to one another, and we showed our love and respect, and we smiled at someone, they say it all begins with one person, sometimes things catch on like wildfire.
Do you think it is worth a try?

you all must be lovely people.
I would love to declare a Happiness Day where no one is allowed to frown all day,One day I was out and this lady said to me"hello, how are you today". and my first response was to hurry away from her, because I thought she wanted to sell me something or take up my time, ever since I have tried my best to be very polite.

Sure... I think if EVERYONE was happy for one day, we would NEVER go back to what we had b4, b/c we would know what Happyness felt like AND we'd know how we got it, which means we would have an idea on how we did it, which means we would try to KEEP it that way LOL!!!
:)

Why is it that most people are unhappy? Perhaps a complete re-evaluation of our priorities is in order. I happen to believe that our materialism is our downfall, and that rather than bringing happiness as promised, most of our 'things' end up owning us.

I know soooooo many people that have to spend so much time just maintaining their possessions.

What a waste!

Happiness is something that should come easy and naturally. If it doesn't come easily for you, it is time to reprioritize.

WOW! That is a great idea! At least there would be one day in the year when everybody would be respected...

Yes, and we can all start it out by doing one random act of kindness each day.
