Mayo has less Calories, less Fat, less Cholesterol, and more sodium.
Miracle Whip has a sweeter taste.
I think Miracle Whip has Mayo as one of the ingredients. In other words, it's mayo with sugar and vinegar added.

Miracle Whip... Mayo is tooooooo greasy and disgusting. Miracle Whip is just a little less disgusting to me. :) Eating mayo is kind of like "Would you like some grease with you fat? It's yummy!"...Yuck!!!
