In 20 years there will be 365 million of them if we dont put a stop to it now! They will have dual citizenship and be able to vote here and in Mexico. There will be more illegals here than real citizens. What is your opinion and how will we stop it?

It has to start with this administration.....It seems they look the other way.....

With all of our resources, we can't secure the borders? I think not......The ultimate goal with this govt. is to open borders with Mexico and Canada...

Nobody seems to see that but me....So, the illegal issue is only a SYMPTOM, of the problem and not the actual problem, WHY DON'T PEOPLE SEE THAT??????

Apart from native indians, all are immigrants to USA ...isn't it? USA was built the way it is because people immigrated to it and came with knowledge, wealth and desire to make something out of their lives. The reason there are so many illegal immigrants because they are used as cheap labour. May be there are so many things they do which residents do not want to do. Things should be put in right perspective and then only you can judge whether they are earning their own bread in compromised situations or they are snatching away your bread. It seems like more of political agenda as these kind of issues appeal to masses during election time and everyone feels they are doing their share of services to the nation by voicing about illegal immigrants. On the contrary, they are part of the system and hence it may make sense to legalize their status and give them right of honest living, and punish those citizens who are misusing their illegal status..

This country was founded on people coming here from other countries to find a better life. No one here's ancestors were originally from this country unless they are 100% Native American, and even some Native American tribes can be traced back to places like Canada, Mexico, and Russia in ancient times. I think the US needs to lighten up and start considering people as "people," instead of "aliens" or "Mexicans" or "Americans," etc.

I think the Senate is finally showing some signs of life on the issue...I think it's seeking in with em that the policy they advocated before with the amnesty bill does NOT sit will with the vast majority of americans. Stuff I was reading today looked pretty decent, but there's the old issue of what looks good on paper vs. what actually results from it...

To the people who think George Bush is responsible for this, your wrong. It started when Clinton and Her husband was in office. He allowed them to come over, thinking if he did, they would VOTE for whatever he wants voted on.
Get off of ole Georges back. He's been ridden to hard, and he's trying to hang out and dry.
When you say illegals, your not just saying mexicans, your also including --------------------------lets say everybody, blacks, whites, russians, italians, jewish, india people, chinese, japanese, cubans, all oriental races, all black races, all white races. So when you stop and think about it, there are only american indians left. Where does that put you?

the language 'we' use must change- no one earth is an 'illegal' anything. people tend to be scared of what they don't know- and are scared to learn more. to say 'illegal alien' is sooooooo mean and racist- i mean do you think of fair skinned euro types when you hear someone says 'illegal alien'
please don't be a lemming- have some open thoughts of your own...
