There's nothing wrong with enjoying yourself, as long as all parties involved are clear on the intent. If you are not interested in a relationship, then make sure the other person is aware of that. Sex is a good way to destress.

I had sex with a rebound relation--She was not ready to see the end and would come over at wierd times just to have sex or perform oral on me--- It got to the point where we didnt even talk to each other. We would just f*** and say goodbye--- it was sad but good~~~

Neither. That's just the way it is.
Tip: Don't spend a lot of time with the person. Twice a week max. They'll get the picture.
