A comment about the first part of your question.
Whenever I've spoken to a Muslim about terrorism, I've always been faced with the same reply EVERY TIME.
Even though these are generally good people,
It's always something like this:
Well you have to understand them.
Well they're very poor.
Well what about Israel
Well what about the US.
They're fighting a war.
One persons terrorist is another's hero.
They're just fighting back.
So here's a question as an add-on to yours:
If you make excuses for terrorism are you a sympathizer?
If you're a sympathizer doesn't that make you an accomplice?
In that sense, your first statement is wrong. Maybe all muslims ARE terrorists.

You have it all wrong dear.
All terrorists are not muslims but all muslims are terrorists.
Read the koran. It will tell you that each and every muslim is supposed to fight in the name of Alllah.
That is what they do. One group of terrorists will start fighting in some part of the world, win and then all muslims will run and live in that country. So who is the terrorist?
Every muslim is supposed to consider a non muslim a kaffir. So they are supposed to eliminate all kaffirs.
Each and every muslim is a terrorist but all terrorists are not muslim because a lot of terrorism goes on in other religions too or in non muslims too.

Terrorism and Islam are not interrelated. Extremely few Muslims are actually terrorists.
Terrorism has been around for a lot longer than we have been talking about it. In fact, until recently, terrorism was almost never related to religion in any way. It was politically driven.
Anyone who uses fear to get their way is a terrorist, regardless of their nationality, religion, skin color, or any other personal detail. Violence is not necessarily a part of it. There are quite a few terrorists in politics, in many countries.

Not at all. We have plenty of terrorists right here in our own country, good ol' Christian boys. There are Jewish terrorists, Buddhist terrorists, atheist terrorists...terrorism known no religion, just some people use religion as an excuse to carry out terrorist acts.

Not true at all...look at the KKK, the IRA, etc. There are a lot of terrorist organizations out there it's just it seems you hear more about the Muslim ones than you do the others

Mostly true, but there are, and have been, exceptions. Maybe you should qualify what constitutes a terrorist.... those who carry out attrocities against innocent civilians in a crazed attempt to change the status quo, those who consider their own line of thinking as correct to the point they will attempt to justify killing anyone(including innocent civilians) who does not follow their dogma, even their own people.
Mc Veigh's motive, in his mind, was revenge, not terrorism, but, it could be called terrorism because he carried it out against innocent people instead of those responsible for what he felt a need to avenge. And, he did create a moment of terror, a moment that left a lasting impression on our country.

No. He was captured and executed as well he should have been. He did not have people around the world cheering and postulating about how wonderful it was that he killed women and children. Remember 9/11? Muslims just love to kill the infidel. It is in the Koran.
