Being bi (although at the time you didn't know) is part of who she is and hence part of who you love. If she is in love with you then what's the problem. The rules are no different...no going outside the relationship. If this is something you are uncomfortable with you need to discuss it with her and make your decision. But don't ask her not to be that way...it's not a choice...you either have to accept it or end it.

Are you serious about this relationship? If so, yes you should break up with her until she makes a decision about which way she wants to go. Otherwise you can invest your heart only to have her go full time on the other team.
If it were me, I wouldn't get involved in a relationship who hasn't figured out which team they're on. But then I'm not flippant about pre-marital sex. I know the cost to the permanent relationship that I want out of life.

At the end of the day its your decision but what i would think is if your ok with it then its not a special relationship it becomes just a fling and she will never be satisfied with just you what if 1 day she decides she is a lesbian completly and doesnt want you anymore??? i hope this helps :-)

I'm sure every guy will tell you to have a threesome. Don't break up with her until you know you can't handle her bisexualality, whatever that emcompasses. I'm mean, did she tell you she wants to see other women? Did you she promise to be faitful to you? That's what matters.
