in a recent interview with the formula 1 driver fernando alonso, he said that his nickname at school was "bonnie" or or something sounding like that, in spanish i dont now how its spelt, and said he really wouldnt want anyone to translate it, any ideas?

the closest thing that sounds like is a word that means, in other words, male genitalia.
at least for me. it depends on what region he's from; some things are different for us

Funny that he said he wouldn't anyone to translate what he said. Maybe he does want to whole world be aware of his nickname. I'm a native Spanish speaker and I don't have the slightest idea of what his nickname could mean. Perhaps "pretty."

nope sorry studied it for a year at school and paid very little attention to what the teacher was on about. I was more interested in thinking about my megadrive and which game to play when I got home. I also studied French for 5 years at school and paid very little attention in that as well. The only other languages I paid attention when I was learning them were Pascal and C++.
