Start taking folic acid (high doses are found in prenatal vitamins) and eat plenty of protein. That will make your hair and nails grow at an accelerated rate.

dont fret about your hair getting long by the time school starts. there is no way to make it grow "faster" just grow better. get it trimmed regularly to keep the split ends from traveling up to your scalp ( i made the mistake of never cutting my hair but once a year and it seems to never get longer plus i have tons of split ends near my scalp). intake lots of proteins to keep hair strong so it doesnt break. when you have wet hair brush it with a comb, not an actual brush to prevent breaking and snapping of your locks. its actually beneficial to not wash and condition everyday. wash your hair everyother day. if you MUST wash daily than use a gentle shampoo and a light conditioner. deep condition about once a month. braid your hair at night to prevent splitting. if you cant braid it than a ponytail is next best thing. only nature can determine how long it will take to grow it out. actually, some people are incapable of growing their hair a certain length even when doing everything right. its their bodys chemistry to stop growth by a certain length. weird huh? good luck and dont be so focused on your hair length. there are more important things to fret about.

attempt taking a hair supplement. i'm attempting extremely Nourish-Hair and notwithstanding that's making me lose hair in the present day, that's probable basically me, because my pal's older sister takes it each day, has been for months, and he or she has some outstanding lengthy beautiful locks. So imagine the subsequent 2-3 months, you ought to have some lengthy *** hair! yet another trick people have continuously stated to do is braid your hair each and every nighttime with the intention to keep your hair from breaking from all the tugging that takes position once you swap and turn at nighttime. be effective to get diverse protein intake this summer considering the fact that protein is mandatory at the same time as regrowing hair. Getting your hair trimmed helps with not getting cut up ends and such yet so does a sturdy conditioner in case you do not prefer to get it trimmed too typically. very last yet so not least, be affected individual!!! Coming from an somewhat impatient human being, it helps to attempt to ignore about your hair so letting it improve is a cinch.

Hair grows at a rate of one-half of an inch per month. There are
things you can do to maximize you hair growing potential...
1. Eliminate or cut back on smoking, caffeine and carbonated sodas which weaken the body and block maximum hair growing potential.
2. Eat a healthy diet. Avoid foods that are high in sugar or fat.
3. Treat your hair like a piece of fine old lace. Treat it carefully avoiding any unnecessary brushing, combing or handling.
4. Avoid use of hot water, hot blow dryers or other hair care tools that may stress the hair.
5. Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles.
6. Do a series of ongoing hot oil treatments to protect the hair's shaft.
7. Have regular trims to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look and feel healthier.
8. Get plenty of rest and sleep to allow your body to grow hair.

My friend,
you seem to be a bit over-enthsiastic 'bout getting your hair long! But remember nature has done everything according to perfect proportions, do not try to modify the natural process by usings any chemicals or any other alternatives which other suggest.
Stay cool, enjoy life & let your hair grow naturally! Take care you don't spoil your hair [you dont want to cut your hairs back after thay have grown, due to split heads!]
Regards,

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMwUF While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

I would keep it healthy and their is this stuff called main and tails that you spray your hair once a day it works great you could find it at Sally stores. And if that doesn't work for you I would use these one drops, sorry I forgot what they were called, but you could find some at Wild Oats they are natural products and will have your hair long in no time, good luck!!!
