Choose a darker shade of brown to auburn for streaks...it adds highlights that look natural. But if you are going for something a lot more radical, I have always found pink and purple to look the best.

I would advise you of not dying your fringe alone, that would look wierd but if I was you I'd go for strawberry blonde highlights running all the way through. It would look really nice against the black hair and slightly tanned skin.Good luck!!

I think you should keep your hair the natural color! when dyeing your hair you take a risk of getting it messed up! I would know because it has happened to me more times then I can even remember! I have been almost every color with the exception of blue and white...i think.. so just be very care full when coloring your hair! and Remember your beautiful no matter what color your hair is because Beauty lye's with in! Good Luck!

considering your skin tone deep red or burgundy streaks should look great, but don't go for just dyeing the fringe unless the effect you are looking for is odd/ screaming for attention.

brown/blonde/orangey blonde streaks.

I have dark brown hair and i had blonde streaks in my hair a few months ago and then i put henna on my hair and the blonde streaks went darker a little orangey and it looks cool.

i'de dye my side fringe orangey blonde like dark blonde and i would have orangey blonde streaks aswell.

If your hair is very black, you may need to peroxide it before applying a colour to get a dramatic change.
