Triple decker clubhouse sandwich. Toast 3 pcs of buttered sliced bread, spread some mayo, place a slice of ham and cheese and scarmbled egg on the bottom pc of toast, place the 2nd pc of toast on top then put a pc of lettuce then fried cruncy bacon and grilled chicken breast and place the last pc of toast on top. Chomp away!

Try this open faced sandwich:
toast a piece of bread
spread mayo on it
add a large ripe home-grown tomato-sprinkle with salt & pepper
top with bacon slices
cover bacon with slices of velveeta cheese
place under broiler until cheese melts
yummy!

One of those baguettes that you have to finish off baking at home with lincolnshire sausage with sweet onion relish and daddies red sauce (tomato ketchup).
Also, bbq chicken on herb ciabatta bread with cheese then into the sandwich press to melt the cheese.

I always make sandwiches with avocados instead of mayonaise or mustard-- its really good, then put the usual tomatoes, chicken, lettuce, even bacon and olives sometimes.
