Using the body mass index (BMI) which is a measure of the weight of a person scaled according to height, I'm at 26.53 which is, according to it, I'm at the overweight level!

As a rough guideline for adults a BMI of less than 20 implies underweight, over 25 is overweight, and over 30 is obese. It is calculated by taking the weight of the individual in kilograms and dividing by the square of the height in metres.

However, according to the waist-to-hip ratio, I'm healthy!

Go figure...

By today's standards I would be considered overweight and by the media's standards I would be considered very overweight. However, based on my physical health and on how I generally feel I would say that I am at just the right weight for me. I feel healthy, have good energy and my tests from the Dr. always seem to be right in line with good health. I am 5'1" and 144 pounds.

I'm 5 feet 2 inches tall and weigh in at 115. I have a very small frame so extra fat is very obvious. I want to lose 5 lbs.

Yes, I'm 5ft2 and 120lb. Ideally I'd like to lose 5lb-10lb of fat and then gain 5lb to 10lb of muscle, so that I stay at 120lb, but stay very toned up.
