It's all about milk production and money. A pig simply doesn't produce enough milk for a farmer to sell it and make a profit. Pigs DO produce a lot of offspring, so it makes more sense (dollar-wise) to raise them for meat rather than milk.

Also...only certain breeds of cows and goats are used for milk. Lots of breeds of cattle don't produce a lot of milk, so they are raised for meat instead. On a dairy farm you might see a lot of Holstein or Jersey cows (among other dairy breeds), but you likely won't see many Hereford's or Angus unless you go to a beef producer's farm, because they are usually not milked.

You can drink milk from any female mammal. However, most of it doesn't taste very good.

It's actually very unnatural that we drink milk from other animals at all. We are the only animals that continue to drink milk after the nursing stage of our development is over. The milk coming from cows, goats, and other mammals is intended for their babies, not for human consumption. It is healthy, of course, as it's designed to aid in infant development, but if you really think about it, it's strange that we consume it as adults.

Because pigs have up to 16 teats and the milking equipment would be insane.
People also milk water buffalo (mozarella cheese), camel and sheep. They've all got 2 or 4 teats.

You can drink pigs milk, but pigs do not have the same let down reflex that other animals have. You wouldn't get too much. Pigs are to hard to catch, therefore would be harder to milk. http://216.109.125.130/search/cache?ei=UTF-8&fr=sbc-web&tab=&p=do+pigs+produce+drinkable+milk&btn=Search&u=www.cals.wisc.edu/media/learning/pdf/Dairy_Query.pdf&w=pigs+produce+drinkable+milk&d=ZbcxtWP9NEXL&icp=1&.intl=us
