A way I lost weight fast was eating a small breakfast and then not eat a lunch....just a snack. (6 or 7 almonds are fine.)
Then I went on a walk for about 30 min. or more. Then I hate a healthy light dinner like Oven Roasted Chicken with a salad and a roll of whole wheat bread.

P.S. What the girl said about fasting is also good..I fast for religous reasons too and that makes me lose weight if I don't eat too much for dinner. (Fast from the morning to sunset)

You could fast. Only drink water. The hunger pangs go away after a few days. Break the fast slowly with raw veggies and fruit. I've done this several times, but for spiritual reasons, not to lose weight.
But it's not safe. Develop healthy eating and exercise habits instead, and forget about quick fixes.

join the US military its a good way to lose weight and be proud of something like serving and protecting your country. If you dont like that then break into houses and take thier tv and run that makes you lose weight fast. Black people do that all the time here in texas. Thats why black americans are the fastest people in the world. Thier hasnt been a world champion sprinter who was white for a long time. they never has been a indian, hispanic, nor asian who became the sprinting world champ. Thats cause they dont break into houses and take tvs. Some rednecks do though.

I would eat only what I needed to sustain myself, and move around as much as I could. Jumping jacks, running, weight lifting, or just moving around like I was nuts. I would keep myself occupied, too, to keep my mind off food.
What I would eat would include lots of fruit and vegetables and some lean meat. If I ate bread, it would be whole wheat. For snacks, I would eat celery, because it would be something in my stomach, but eating celery takes up more energy through digesting than it gives in nutrition.
Just don't starve yourself! If you're excercising, you NEED energy.

Why did you wait until the last minute to do something about your weight?
Any artificial loss of poundage done in a week's time will return. Artificial meaning purging and the use of laxatives.

today is my second day of the celebrity juice diet this morning i weighed myself and had lost about 7 lbs. my sister and mother are also on the diet and have lost 5 & 6 lbs. The first day is hard, but worth it.
