she is testing to see if you are interested in her...by telling she is seeing someone else she wants to see if you will be jealous. Or she just want to flirt with you with no strings attached - because she is supposedly to be seeing someone else.

Either she is playing hard to get or she is attracted to you physically but she knows that there is no chance for a serious relationship.
