i have been chating 2 a girl online for a while, and i thought we where getting on great, we where into similar things etc. but now she wont speak to me, i dont know why. she said she was unmarried, but i think now that was a lie, i leant her money, and bought her a laptop, both of which i couldnt really aford, but she said she would pay me back, so i helped her out. why do i always fall for girls who just want to rip me off, i dont have alot of money, but i just keep finding the bad ones, i am a submissive guy, and people just tend to take advantage of me.

Okay, several things. First of all I'm sorry that happened to you 'cos that's real sh*t. I'm sorry that kind of person exists.
Second of all, yes it sounds like you got taken for a ride. Try to contact the girl though - perhaps there is a viable explanation. If you can't get in touch with her, then contact the police, although I'm not sure how much they can help.
Thirdly, don't give people money. It's really kind of you and all, but people will treat you like a doormat if you lie in the doorway. In future if someone needs money you may wish to be supportive of them, and say you're sorry you can't help but your own financial situation isn't much better. If someone likes you for you, this won't be a problem. If they like you for your money it will soon become apparent.
Try to stick up for yourself a bit more. A nice girl won't try and take anything from you but your heart, and she will look after it for you.
It's a sad thing to have happend to you honey, but it's a lesson well learned. Just be more careful in future.

i honestly go through the same thing. u help out the people u care for and instead of showing interest that they are really grateful they just keep taking advantage of u. I think u should put your foot down and tell this girl that she may not b talking 2 u right now for whatever reason but she still needs to pay u your money and if she doesn't do this the easy way u take it to court because that isn't fair especially if u were trying to help her out. just next time don't be so easy if u have something to give then give it but if u don't have the money for it don't do it.

There are many people out there on the internet just waiting to take advantage of others. I'm not sure the police would be able to help though. Hey, if she really is married, and you have her address, go to her house...if anything you might at least get the laptop back.
The other thing to do is to just remember to be more guarded when chatting to people online, and try to move on. Hope you get it sorted :)

sorry man. you need to get a backbone. go to the gym or something to boost your self esteem. there is a good girl out there for every man. dont let any skank take advantage of you. and be careful what you ask for you may not like it when you get it. i think you should reevaluate what you want. you say you had things in common with her but obviously not. you are generous and she is a jerk. buying things will NEVER make anyone love you. confidence is the sexiest thing a man can have.

yeah, she did just rip you off. why did you even do those things for her? YOu should go to the police, but keep trying to contact her, because the truth is she probably has done this many times before, or will do it again.

That is terrible, i cant believe that someone could do that to a person. Yes i think you should contact her again, telling her that you are going to go to the police, and tell her that she has really hurt you by doing what she's done. . .

Please dont say that you never met the girl.......you gave her money, r u crazy......being submissive mate doesnt mean to say your a fool. Get a grip of yourself, yes, contact the police, the girl clearly knew your were a chump and she took your chop.

the police cannot do anything, because you willingly gave her those things. you need to stop trying to chat up girls online and chat up girls in real life instead. the internet is full of scammers who prey on the desperate and gullible.
