My son has been hurt numerous times in this facility. He is always bruised from head to toe. I know that boys are rough, but I believe that this is too much. I feel that they do not watch these kids at all. There is 20 2&3yr olds in this class room. and only 2 teachers in there. I know the regulations is 1:10 ratio but alot of the time there is only one in there.
One time, a play kitchen fell on my son's head and left a knot the size of an egg on him. No one called me to tell me nor did they do an accident report on this matter. It happened with only one teacher present with 20 kids. and on top of that she was brand new. and she never reported it to anyone. she should have never been in there by herself anyway.
Anyway, my son has been kicked out of this daycare. I truely believe that something has happened up there for him to act out soo much with them. I tried to talk to him and try to find out what was going on and he said that one of the teachers had kicked him. What can I do?

call child services or the BBB. They'll be able to refer you to whoever you need to speak to.

I have a two yr old and he is in daycare also. If it were me, I would contact the local Health Dept. In my area, the Health Dept. works closely with daycare providers and they may know how to report abuse.
Second, daycare providers should be licensed. Ask the provider for that license number and use it when calling the Health Dept.
Lastly, there are 19 other children that are possibly at risk. You definitely have to tell someone.
Good luck to you!!

You need to find out who regulates the day care facilities in your state. Because there is a government agency that oversees daycare centers. I would report the daycare center your state agency and remove my son out of that place by finding a highly recommended daycare. Ask you friends and co workers about the daycare centers they use and talk to other parents that children attend the center. Good luck.

record it to the authorities and if attainable the vendors. perchance this different youthful toddlers' moms and dads might want to be sturdy too. If that would not artwork i'd carry it to the interest of the youngster welfare human beings (like social amenities) as a very last hotel i'd say the police. also tell the community press (this may on the spot the daycare to do some thing) and word if the different moms and dads have a similar subject matters. attempt to record each and every of the events you keep in mind and the date they occurred - attempt to get someone to verify them to e.g. a carer on the nursery who's approachable and recollects the structure too. attempt to take in the issue with someone - or this youngster will finally end up bullying a lot of alternative youthful toddlers, like your son. desire he likes his new college.

First, you might try reporting them to your local Children's Services or Department of Families and Children. If you make a hotline report they are required to investigate.

Good luck and I hope you find a better place for your son.
